The third Queen Elizabeth will be Cunard's second largest ship.

The sixth Cunard ship to bear the name Queen, and the third Elizabeth, this new vessel will enter the fleet in late 2010.

Queen Elizabeth will take her name from the legendary Cunard Ocean Liner RMS Queen Elizabeth, which along with RMS Queen Mary, were icons of international travel for nearly three decades.

Queen Elizabeth will be a near sister to Queen Victoria, sporting the traditional Cunard livery and QE2-inspired funnel. With the introduction of this new ship, Cunard will have three vessels each over 90,000 tons, and can boast one the most modern fleets in the cruise industry.
